HIIT The Park

At HIIT The Park we will be incorporating tractor tires, sledgehammers, ropes, TRX suspension trainers, ladders. hurdles, resistance bands, hills, bleachers bodyweight training and much more! This is a very different session compared to what you may be used to at the studio. We will be doing fun engaging team challenges and games that are sure to get the heart rate up! The purpose of this session is to burn maximum amount of calories. You will sweat, laugh, and leave feeling great!

**If you're just starting out with your fitness journey we don't recommend joining our HIIT the park sessions as your first ProActive experience. Try some indoor classes, know what your capabilities are then join us outside!**


REQUIREMENTS FOR JOINING US AT AN OUTDOOR SESSION:


1. YOU MUST HAVE A DEDICATED PAIR OF OUTDOOR ONLY SHOES
2. You must bring a minimum of 1 Litre of water with you to every class!
3. You must have drank 1 litre of water during the day before arriving!
4. You must be willing to work hard but it is imperative that you know your limits and know when to slow down or take a break! - Know your body


Everyone works at their own pace and if you feel that you're being challenged too much you can stop and take a break at ANY TIME or slow down and make modifications. We are a TEAM and we will always help and support you no matter what. We are so excited to help change your life!
