specialist

You will be provided with:

· A 12-week Individualized program designed
specifically for your goals

· Daily meal plan

· Bi-Weekly accountability check-ins

· Ongoing motivation and support

· Weekly newsletters on various topics such as:
motivation, nutrition, workout tips, stress management, as well as diet and
workout myths.

· Assist in setting specific measurable goals

· Access to your nutrition coach via email and
text

· Substitution suggestions

· How to's (meal prep, grocery shop, etc)
