HITT The Park is unlike anything you've ever experienced. Outdoor fitness at Dickson Park in Cambridge, rugged, raw in the elements training with a twist! This is a very different session compared to what you may be used to at the studio. We will be doing fun engaging team challenges and games that are sure to get the heart rate up! The ProActive Foundations Workshop is a monthly fitness event hosted at our training studio, designed to empower ProActive Community members with a deeper understanding of complex exercises. Tailored for individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced, the workshop focuses on skill development, improved form, and building confidence in executing exercises with proper technique. Through a combination of clear communication, hands-on guidance, and a positive learning environment, members gain valuable insights, personalized fitness knowledge, and a sense of community connection. The workshop serves as a holistic approach to fitness education, fostering ongoing progress and instilling a continuous improvement mindset within our supportive ProActive Community.

ProActive Run Club

The ProActive Run Club will meet on Sundays at 9 am! We will meet every Sunday from April to September, during our "off season", from October to March, we will meet every other Sunday minimum. This is a casual running club, with no set pace or distance requirements, all abilities are welcome! Go at your own pace, for whatever distance you can accomplish in the specified time. Whether you are training for a race, challenging your cardiovascular endurance or coming for the community aspect we welcome you! You will be guided and encouraged by Coach Ida but it is all up to you.

We will meet on Sundays at 9 am at various locations, these will be communicated via pike13 notes and notifications, in addition to the ProActive social media and our ProActive Run Club Whats App Chat in advance of the run. Every week the location and run programming will change, to keep things interesting and to continually challenge ourselves. We will begin promptly at 9 am with a dynamic group warm-up and stretch and hit the route shortly thereafter. Ask Coach Ida about our Whats App group chat at your next run!

Come prepared with an outdoor pair of running shoes, water and dress for the weather. Feel free to bring headphones and your own music to listen to once we head out on the run.

Get ready to push your limits in this high-energy HYROX-inspired workout class! Where you get down and dirty with each of the specific exercises showcased in the event. Designed for all fitness abilities, this class will guide you through the essential movements that make up the HYROX race, including rowing, sled pushing, wall balls and more. With expert instruction, from coaches who have participated in HYROX events, you'll build strength, endurance, and confidence to take on HYROX 2025. HYROX is all about functional strength and we truly believe it is an event for everyone.

Shopper Drug Mart Run for Women Free No purchase required to enroll

Join us for the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women at the Conestoga College Doon Campus. Sign up to be a part of the ProActive Training Cambridge Team. All men and women of all abilities are invited to join our team, supporting the Waterloo Wellington Canadian Mental Health Association, all donations will support this great cause.

You can sign up to run either a 5km or 10km distance. Donations will be accepted virtually through the above link or at the studio leading up to the event.

Race day is Saturday, May 11th, please arrive at the Conestoga College Doon Campus (299 Doon Valley Drive, Kitchener) by 8 am. Free parking for the event is on the backside of the Conestoga College Campus next to the golf course. The 10km race starts at 9:15 am and the 5km race starts at 9:30 am. ProActive Pickleball Event CAD$40 per class No purchase required to enroll

SATURDAY APRIL 26TH 2-5 PM PICKLEBALL TOURNAMENT at Four Fathers brewing!! Please arrive at least 20 minutes ahead of time, they have a spacious space you can enjoy as we wait for our courts! Arrive early, get comfy, get familiar with the space and the sport!

Court Amenities

-6 ultra-spacious, all-season indoor pickleball courts with pro-grade court surface, nets, and dividers
-Equipment/balls included - if you have your own pickleball paddles feel free to bring them.
-All levels from newbies to experienced players are welcome. You are NOT playing in predetermined partners - you do NOT need a partner to sign up.
-We are going to be playing a unique revolving game format called waterfall. We will explain more leading up to the event.
-A cozy lounge area that offers plenty of space to hang out and mingle between games. This will be a social event, where you are playing with a variety of people - its a great way to meet fellow ProActive members.
-Changerooms, showers, and bathrooms on premise.
-Ample parking

We plan on getting right into playing our waterfall format at 2 pm. Games will be ten minutes long with revolving partners. If you want to get in a good warm up and practice time make sure you arrive early.

The cost will between $30-$40 per person this is dependent on the number of people we have signed up. Signing up for this event reserves your spot but does not automatically bill you, we will confirm the price and bill you closer to! Booking in confirms your spot, commit to this fun afternoon playing pickleball, we will see you there.

We will be enjoying food together afterwards - we are still finalizing the details of this portion of the event. The food service will be an additional cost, we will provide more information shortly.



Burger Bar - Post Pickle Ball Tournament Free No purchase required to enroll

This confirms which members are joining us for the Burger Bar Pickleball Tournament! We will confirm the final numbers closer to the date of the event. Please book in for this service if you're planning on partaking in the burger bar!

Fourfathers is going to be providing our members with a Burger bar buffet at the end of our tournament.

The cost is $43 per person and includes the following:
  • One salad choice
  • Beef or Beyond Meat patties with buns
  • Assorted toppings
  • Chippery Kettle Chips
  • Sweets platter

    The Burger bar will start at 5 pm and will go until 7 pm.

    Keep in mind*** The top 8 players on the day will be playing in a quick semi-final and finals match from 5-6pm If this is you, you can join us for the burger bar afterward!

    We will collect fees for the burger bar a few weeks out from our event!
