Burn AM

Our Burn class is the lower body workout that will challenge and change your body! Classes vary in tempo and style from week to week to ensure that members are receiving well-rounded programming. Not one of our workouts are every the same. Instructors will help you learn how to activate different muscle groups effectively in the warm-up so you can effectively grow lean muscle mass with the creative and functional moves in the workout. Be ready to feel your glutes, hamstrings, quads, PSOAS, and more as they will be BURNING and leaving you with a feeling of satisfaction after the workout.
