Foundations Workshop

The ProActive Foundations Workshop is a monthly fitness event hosted at our training studio, designed to empower ProActive Community members with a deeper understanding of complex exercises. Tailored for individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced, the workshop focuses on skill development, improved form, and building confidence in executing exercises with proper technique.

Through a combination of clear communication, hands-on guidance, and a positive learning environment, members gain valuable insights, personalized fitness knowledge, and a sense of community connection. The workshop serves as a holistic approach to fitness education, fostering ongoing progress and instilling a continuous improvement mindset within our supportive ProActive Community.

The Foundation Workshop appear monthly on our studio schedule, occurring at all time slots of the day. Make sure to book in to claim your spot! The focus of each session varies to align with our regular scheduled classes. When the Foundation Workshop appears on a Monday, we will work predominantly on lower-body exercises, such as squats, lunges and deadlifts. Tuesday's will focus on common moves we see in our Get Jacked classes, exercises such as bent over rows and dumbbell snatches. The focus of Wednesday's Foundation Workshop will align with common exercises from our Shred Cardio classes, Thursday's workshop will focus on core and agility exercises, and when the workshops is on a Friday we will focus on a variety of full body exercises. Each workshop will focus on a variety of exercises lead by our knowledgable coaches.
