ProActive Run Club

The ProActive Run Club will meet on Sundays at 9 am! We will meet every Sunday from April to September, during our "off season", from October to March, we will meet every other Sunday minimum. This is a casual running club, with no set pace or distance requirements, all abilities are welcome! Go at your own pace, for whatever distance you can accomplish in the specified time. Whether you are training for a race, challenging your cardiovascular endurance or coming for the community aspect we welcome you! You will be guided and encouraged by Coach Ida but it is all up to you.

We will meet on Sundays at 9 am at various locations, these will be communicated via pike13 notes and notifications, in addition to the ProActive social media and our ProActive Run Club Whats App Chat in advance of the run. Every week the location and run programming will change, to keep things interesting and to continually challenge ourselves. We will begin promptly at 9 am with a dynamic group warm-up and stretch and hit the route shortly thereafter. Ask Coach Ida about our Whats App group chat at your next run!

Come prepared with an outdoor pair of running shoes, water and dress for the weather. Feel free to bring headphones and your own music to listen to once we head out on the run.
