Intro To Personal Training (New Members Only)
During your 3 sessions you will be taken through a full assessment by your coach. They will help and guide you through our "Fresh Start" guide where you will record various important information that we will use to tailor the program specifically for you and your unique needs.
The following 2 sessions will be workout oriented and will give you a chance to get a good feel for your coach.
